| Enjoying Marg's pool on a hot, hot day! |
The summer rolled on - hot, sunshiny day after hot sunshiny day. We took care of Marg's place while she was skiing in Japan. We got to enjoy her beautiful home and (what a bonus) which included her swimming pool! We entertained friends, walked the dogs on the beach, sat on the beach, rode on the beach, hiked to the beach, swam at the beach and even flew over the beach. See a theme here?

The rockpool at Bushrangers Bay with Martin Harley, a blues musician from UK. (He's playing in Canada in April/May of 2026 - check out his tour dates) |

Hiking from Cape Schanck to Bushrangers Bay (nar, my sister and I would never dress alike!) |
As well as a beautiful home, we were also charged with two VERY attention-craving chocolate labradors named Vista and Ruby. They quickly bonded with Sean and he with them.

| My two new girlfriends. Vista has the ball and Ruby has the red collar. |

We found a common interest in afternoon naps. Sometimes, you need leg warmers, though. |

| Aurora Australis |
And despite being at 38°N, the southern aurora paid us a visit, dancing her wonderful colours across the southern sky.
